Got one as a Christmas present my granddaughter saw it and loved it so I ordered her one for her birthday . It should have taken 2/3 days to come but unfortunately it hadn’t arrived after 11 days so my granddaughter was disappointed . I contacted IBeani after the 10day window on the website and to be fair they apologised and sent me a replacement witch arrived the next day .
