I received my iBeani for Christmas 2018, what an amazing idea they are! They are so comfortable to use. Unfortunately the iBeanie recently developed a very minor fault which I raised with the company. I contacted them on a Wednesday evening and received a replacement in the post on Monday. Excellent customer service and I will be recommending iBeani to everyone.
