I bought £70 of gift vouchers as the Belfast Giants store is an Ice Locker. I then found out that they are two completely different stores under the same name so I was unable to buy any Giants merchandise. I emailed to ask for a refund back in August, it's now October and I'm still waiting on a response. I've also been checking the Ice Locker website for things to buy just to use the vouchers but anything worth buying is constantly sold out. It seems like £70 has been wasted. I don't understand why the vouchers can't be spend in an Ice Locker store as everything on the website is useless to most people. Awful website!
