“I bought £70 of gift vouchers as the Belfast Giants store is an Ice Locker. I then found out that they are two completely different stores under the same name so I was unable to buy any Giants merchandise. I emailed to ask for a refund back in August, it's now October and I'm still waiting on a response. I've also been checking the Ice Locker website for things to buy just to use the vouchers but anything worth buying is constantly sold out. It seems like £70 has been wasted. I don't understand why the vouchers can't be spend in an Ice Locker store as everything on the website is useless to most people. Awful website!”
“Ordered the special Adam Johnson jersey in Nov. 2023…. Paid for it, they rec’d their money and nothing. Each time I try to resolve this I get the run around. It’s now February 7, 2024 and still nothing!!
