I contacted them on the phone and felt that the person I was talking to, wasn't helpful. Plus he said he would contact me the next day to let me know some measurements but he never did.
The order I placed arrived quickly which was good.
The Sakura tree I bought has a very poor base so it is rather unstable. But looks beautiful alight at night once one finds a way to secure the base without the need to screw the big bolts.
