Ordered
a large floor lamp, after 2 weeks contacted them, as they couldn't find my lamp apparently at the dispatch depot? And after 3 more days of chasing, they said they would refound me.
3 days ago I get a call that they can not find the delivery address
I call my office and they tell me it's arrived..
Pick it up on Xmas eve
No original box loose in large one.
Shade is bent, Base battered, Spring are missing!
Plus the lamp shade isn't the same design than the picture on web site.
Wish I could send pictures it's appalling!!!
