The lights are fantastic-really brilliant quality for the price. My only issue was that I ordered them on a Tuesday after midday, paid next day deliver knowing I'd get them on Thursday when I was at home. The lights didn't arrived. I contacted customer services and the email replies I received were slightly rude as there was no apology or acknowledgement for the delay. I had to ask for a refund for the delivery cost which I have been given but again no acknowledgment that there was a problem-I felt a bit like it was my fault rather than an error. I totally accept delays/issues arise but a simple 'we apologise for any inconvenience' would have been appreciated.
