I've waited a while before writing this, in order to give Iconic Lights time to redeem themselves. Unfortunately this has not happened.
I placed an order on the 25th October choosing a standard 3-5 working day delivery. On the 3rd November I contacted them and was told there was a "glitch on our system". Fair enough, these things happen, I was told my order would be shipped express delivery.
On the 9th November I still had not received my items and so contacted Iconic Lights once more requesting a tracking number. Two days later automatic emails came in thanking me for my order and notifying me that it had been dispatched (emails I would've expected 2 days after placing my order, not 17 days). It seems like my order was "reset" in the system and started again. At least my lights were on the way.
Three days later I receive a delivery... I'd ordered two lamps, I received two bases and only one shade. The shade was "flat packed" meaning that the material element had been folded and needed to be rolled out around the circular frame (supplied in two pieces).
So it's now been 20 days and have have part of my order.... Not happy.
It's a shame as there are so many positive reviews here, I do believe I'm a rare case, but that's not the point. I hate wasting time writing negative reviews but Iconic lights customer service is so poor I don't have much choice.
