2 items arrived smashed. I took photos and emailed them to you immediately with a covering letter. I then phoned you the following day and was told by a lady that I would receive a reply by 8pm that evening as you were exceptionally busy. That response never came and I have now been waiting for approximately 3 weeks. My husband was able to glue the broken light fitting back together but the glitter bulb was smashed to bits.
