Appalling customer service. Ordered lights on the 22 July. Payment taken immediately. 31st July still no lights. All Iconic can do is blame the couriers (Hermes). I would strongly suggest that Iconic look at the reviews Hermes receive. The fact that it takes 2-3 days for Hermes to respond to a query from Iconic is not acceptable. I will not use either of these companies again until things change for the better,
