After numerous contacts to find the order was not delivered, I have asked for your company to recall the order and cancel it. Very disappointed with lack of delivery, I have now ordered from a more reliable company, and await my refund. Your couriers could not find the place and only seven offices on the post code, only 3 offices on the street, if the parcel gets delivered it will be sent back unopened and a full refund is required, your operator has asked for a recall as it was not delivered on Friday, item no longer required due to your couriers incompetence.
