I placed an order but shortly afterwards wanted to add to it...I called but there was no answer....when I rang the next day the lady said it was too late to add to it as even though I had bought it just that late afternoon eg circa 5pm previously. That is fine. But then I do need to buy another product and now return one (which wasn't up to the quality I expected). I h ad to pay postage as I was under the purchase amount limit.....I am stuck now!! Needing an extra light and one to return which will cost a lot in postage. I did email customer service but haven't heard back.
