Our order arrived but there were parts missing. Unfortunately, as we had just moved house, and things were still in boxes, I didn't check the package within 30 days (which according to them is the period of time you have to report any issues). Yes, that was my fault but the response from Iconic Lights was less than helpful, not particularly friendly and refused point blank to rectify the problem as we had missed the 30 day deadline. It's disappointing that their customer service is so poor, as I'd like to have purchased more from them. Not going to happen now.
