I have an issue with a sub standard purchase that I received before Christmas. I was hoping that a replacement was being organised after contact with a very helpful customer service man but despite sending two more emails I have yet to hear back on when I should expect to receive my replacement. I really hope I hear something very soon as I like the lamp but just don't want a substandard one. Here's hoping........
