I ordered a floor lamp and when it arrived, was more rose gold than the copper colour in the picture. The lamp was also advertised as 'copper'. I contacted customer services to arrange a return and was advised to organise my own return and pay for it and then I'll be refunded the cost of the lamp but not the return postage costs.
I feel the fact that Iconic Lights has 'Easy Returns' boldly stated on their website is very misleading. There is nothing 'Easy' about having to repackage a lamp, find a courier who doesn't charge more than £30, sign up online and print out labels etc and then take the parcel to a collection point and pay £10 for this too! In what way is this an 'Easy Return'?
