Well I purchased two wall lights with bulbs unfortunately I purchased two different types of bulb, one clear white bulb and one warm white bulb, ok my mistake this was on a Sunday. So I e-mailed the customer service straight away knowing nobody would be there. At least it would be there for someone to see and correct my order. I received an email saying the order had been dispatched. I was told via an email the warehouse would not had received the request to amend the order, so I thought why have a customer service department if they don’t communicate with each other. So very disappointed with the after sales service I received or didn’t receive from iconiclights.
