Items delivered were of very poor standard. Contacted customer services via email who were not very helpful. They eventually agreed that if I returned the items I would get a refund of the items plus the delivery charge. So had to pay to return.
I received a refund but not for the amount agreed!
So ended up £14 out of pocket for their sub standard lamps.
