Purchased Mini-Sun Apache ceiling fan, delivery was very quick (2 days). Having had ceiling fans before I was expecting lots of bits to put together plus some fiddly wiring, not with this one, really well made and thought has gone into the design. Easy to hang and was pre-wired with clip together connectors, just had to wire in the power supply. Be warned this is a very heavy fan and should be fastened directly onto ceiling joists, only gripe was the final installation task of fastening the shroud that covers the electrics, took me about an hour to get all the connectors and remote control unit in just the right place so that it could be screwed in place, making the shroud slightly bigger would help a lot. In operation the fan is amazingly quiet and the remote control works well, turning the lights on/off and altering fan speed. As for the price, £84, it was the cheapest I could find, other suppliers were at least £100, the advertised price on Iconic lights is £89 but I signed up to the mailing list and got £5 off. All in all very happy with the fan and the service from Iconic Lights.
