Recently ordered a few different light shades. Very happy with the Haakon Duel Taper shade and the Alloa basket pendant shade, which arrived promptly and as described. However I ordered a Komett spiral pendant shade not realizing that it comes flat packed and you have to make it using the written instructions. I have tried and tried, my husband has tried but we can not get it to look anything like the photograph, it is so bad we can not use it, I would not have bought it had if I had been aware that you had to make it yourself. It is not clear in the description of the item that this is the case.
