There was an issue with the item received, first customer service rep we spoke with felt quite uninspiring and the lack of progress prompted us in having to call a second time. This time spoke with someone else that was very quick in solving the problem. We received a replacement next day and now up and running can`t be happier. It proves that you need to speak with the right person to have the issue dealt with asap.
