Bought 2 table lamps very pleased with them but unfortunately on arrival one was broken. I sent an email to customer service and got a quick response saying they would replace it with next day delivery. The lamp arrived as promised the next day an was in perfect condition. All sorted within less than 24 hours of sending them an email excellent service thank you.
