Delivery was speedy (paid 5.95 for express). The lampshade was easy to put together. Sadly the floor lamp is actually tiny (my fault I didn't really read measurements) but when I thought floor lamp I didn't expect to be able to see over the top of it! Annoyingly was sent an email the day after (and 2x since) offering bulbs for £1 - maybe the difference should be refunded as goodwill? Altogether not sure the lamp is worth the combined amount of £35+ but can't fault the website.
