Purchasing high value items over the internet is often fraught with anxieties. In my case I ordered 3 lights and bulbs. Only one light initially arrived.
I called them on a Saturday, my phone call was answered and I was reassured that they would investigate and call me back on Monday.
On Monday as promised I was called, The matter was resolved and the missing lights would be sent by next day delivery. The missing order duly arrived the following day.
Faith restored. They delivered on their promises. Thank you.
