Rang in with an emergency, car had broken down! I was due to drive to Wales the next day. Nigel was tremendous! He understood my dilemma and was quick to help out. Save me a few quid and assisted with my time constraints. Haven’t expierenced customer service like it. Much obliged Nigel. Will certainly recommend and use Enterprise in the future.
