Hello, the company is fine but the tripod lamp I purchased, especially the lamp shade was such a phaff to put together. You needed half a dozen hands. Would not purchase another lamp where the shade comes flat packed. I was not aware it came like that. The lamp once assembled looks nice, but don't look to closely at the shade.
