Excellent store to deal with. I ordered some wall lights which came very promptly, well packaged and complete. Unfortunately they were too big for the space that I had allocated in the bedroom. I spoke to Craig Samples from customer services who swiftly sent a return slip for me to fill in and submit. My phone call was answered straight away with no robot recording asking you to press this or that number. The money was promptly returned to my account. I would not hesitate to recommend this store. 5 🌟
