The site is very easy to move around in and my order was despatched quickly and well and packed securely - the table lamp I ordered with lampshade surprised me as the lampshade was flat packed and you assembled it with the Velcro that was already on the lampshade rings - is ok and a bit of a fiddle to get on but it looks good
