the way my complaint was delt with was good and there was no argument over a replacement. however the replacement also had a small fault which took me about 15 min to fix. where the captive nut had been welded to the main tube it had spilled over and would not let the bace plate fit. i had to file it down and then repaint it to stop it going rusty.
