My lamp arrived with a fairly sizeable dent in one of the shades, which I didn’t notice until I’d finished putting the whole this together. I emailed the customer service team to ask if I could send back the damaged shade for a replacement, rather than dismantle and repack the whole thing. The next morning I had an email apologising and saying a replacement shade had been dispatched. It arrived the next day in pristine condition. Now THAT’S how you do customer service!! Brilliant, and the lamp is great.
