Recently I purchased two lovely light fixtures. Sadly, one light was missing a decorative piece and with the other the parts did not line up to put it together. I wrote the company to explain this and to see if they could send me the missing piece. My email was never directly replied to but sometime later I got an email saying my order was on it's way. I thought perhaps they were sending me the missing piece? Eventually some boxes arrived and to my surprise i found two new lights exactly like the ones i originally ordered! Wow, all the pieces were there and the parts lined up so I could put it together. I was astonished that they would do something like this. I will continue to order light fixtures from them and tell others as well.
