Have already sent E-Mail to Customer Services but no reply. However product good but on-line ordering not. Item was on Amazon but came with PRIME which I didn't want, albeit a trial period. So I went to your own website, paid a bit more BUT the first E-Mail I got was 'Welcome to Amazon Prime' !!! Why ??
