Only reason it is not a 5 is due to the incompetent courier service that they use (Hermes). Although my lights have still not been delivered, every time I have phoned iconic lights I have received nothing but hard work and apologies for something which is beyond their control. Hopefully my lights arrive soon! (8 days later).
