I ordered an outside light on the 28th Dec'14 and it was delivered 31st Dec. The light was fine but I had ordered the wrong one!!! Re-ordered an outside light (with a PIR) on the 1st Jan'15 and that one was delivered on 3rd Jan. The second light has been installed outside and is doing the job for which it was bought. I have bought similar lights for the garden previously and am aware that after a while the 'white' plastic light shade discolours but as it is in the garden I don't have a problem with that. I've had no reason to contact the company but the delivery service was Excellent - thank you.
