Ordered a floor lamp which arrived exactly on time. I bought it for my elderly sister and she had a problem attaching the shade to it. Customer service was excellent and talked her through it. It was not difficult to attach she just went about it wrongly. Customer service were very patient with her until she had the lamp perfectly set up. Lamp is beautiful and my sister is delighted with it.
