I cant really comment on the product yet as it is a ceiling fan for a new kitchen which is not fitted yet. Signed up with these people because their site stated 10% discount off your first order. 10% did not come off at the checkout as promised and have been bombarded with emails offering discounts ever since, i think not! I am not sure how many lights they think the average person needs. However what i did order came on time and the box looks undamaged.
