They use unreliable delivery companies and furthermore Iconic Lights customer service is lacking because they have your money and are not concerned if your order does not get delivered.
Not the first time Iconic Lights have let their customers down. First time I ordered they took my money and then after having to chase where the order was, they admitted that the item was out of stock! So they shouldn't have been advertising it still.
