Horrific. Ordered 3 light shades, one arrived. Chased the order up requested they send the 2 missing light shades, one arrived. Had to call again to chase that up - 'oh sorry that last one that's not arrived, it's out of stock, that's a shame, we've refunded you'.
Great thanks... not what I wanted to hear at all especially since you mucked up the deliveries in the first place. The only redeeming part of this is that the light shades are actually really nice and now I will have an odd room out as I am definitely ordering elsewhere.
