We have ordered from Iconic lights in the past and received a very good service. Unfortunately on this occasion, we had terrible problems receiving the goods. On four separate occasions they didn't arrive, after receiving notification and waiting until the Office until 7pm ( as directed to do so ) twice! Unfortunately We will have to consider ordering from them again as the delivery service is not acceptable. In fairness, the staff were helpful and they did refund the delivery charge but, after spending two evening late at work, I'm not prepared to do it again.
