I paid extra for next day delivery but it took days for my parcel to arrive. Following my asking where my parcel was I was eventually refunded all of the postage - thank you for that - but customer services seemed to have little interest in finding out what was happening with my lamp and I had to nag them rather than them proactively questioning the courier and keeping me informed. I got the impression that they thought I was just a nuisance and had to basically shame them into an apology when I sent them pics of the box that eventually arrived - battered to bits! Luckily, the contents were, amazingly, undamaged. I am very disappointed and will avoid Iconic Lights in future. The lamp is lovely, and great value, BTW, but the delivery experience was dreadful.
