Not amazing.
I think communication would be nice as I asked for green ribbon & font on the ornament, if it wasn’t available, a message would be good to advise.
I but a lot on Etsy esp during the holidays and always receive amazing communication no matter how busy.
Not a huge deal.
I’d say the item is worth $10, not the almost $20 I paid.
