“I never received my order. I have sent two complaints, however, you have my money and you are not caring about your customers. The order # is 3488471579 - two #4795 Nautical Alphabet signs. “I placed an order but never received any updates. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times but haven’t had any success. I didn’t receive any emails or communication from them at all. My best advice is to avoid ordering from iCustomLabel to prevent any frustration.”

“I ordered a custom sign and the first order had a misprint, but I received a prompt response about fixing it. I expected to return the sign, however they sent me a whole new one with the correction. Service is fast and the product arrived in perfect condition both times. I highly recommend this vendor!!”

“My order never arrived. Every day it says that it will now arrive the following day. I live in New York, the package says it is in Florida, but keeps saying the delivery date is getting pushed back. This is getting ridiculous.”

“The glue on the label would not release from the backing on most of the labels. it would rip the label in half leaving no glue backing. The label stock must have been very old.”
