“Received a custom made plaque as a gift. It is the ugliest thing I have ever seen. Will just throw in the trash. It was very kind of the person who purchased the gift so I thanked them for their kindness and did not tell them how hideous the gift was. I am sure they paid WAY WAY too much for this product and would be humiliated to know that it was horrible. Buyer beware.”

“I never received my order. I have sent two complaints, however, you have my money and you are not caring about your customers. The order # is 3488471579 - two #4795 Nautical Alphabet signs. “I placed an order but never received any updates. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times but haven’t had any success. I didn’t receive any emails or communication from them at all. My best advice is to avoid ordering from iCustomLabel to prevent any frustration.”

“Terrible customer service. I was unhappy with the paper quality but more so with the way the cigar labels ordered peeled off the sheets. They had small perforations that showed on the cigar. Not a clean cut/peel. The response was basically no one else has complained about it and nothing can be done!”

“Order labels for my business, never received them I’ve called, sent emails about my order all I keep getting is excuses, thank God I only ordered a small amount because I wanted to see how it was before I made a big purchase, bad experience, very unprofessional will not recommend this company.”

“I was so excited when I came so quickly until I saw it. The wood was nothing like what I ordered. I thought they put it on the wrong type of wood. It looked like an unfinished piece of wood. The wood was supposed to be maple, absolutely nothing like the one I ordered. The engraving was very nice. I contacted them to tell them I thought they put the cutting board on the wrong wood and told them I would keep the board and would pay for a new one. They told me it was on the right board. This was a gift for my granddaughter, I’m so sorry I ordered from this company.”

“Honestly I was super excited about this and when they arrived a week and a half after I ordered them, I was very disappointed.I thought they would have been a lot better quality. They were also stuffed into my mailbox so they were very wavy instead of smooth. I was so frustrated that, that night I literally created a label template on Microsoft Word and went to Staples and printed it out labels the next morning. I’m my opinion the ones I did are better quality and they were $1.50 for 36 of them!”

“I ordered cigar labels for my sons wedding and noticed when i sent it they were the wrong color. I emailed within 5 minutes the correct color of the labels to match the wedding color and they never returned my email till hours later. Then when we were emailing back and forth you wanted an additional 25 to change the color because they were already printed. Very disappointed!!!!”
