“These labels are absolutely awful, ink comes off when trying to peel the overly sticky labels off the page and the label quality printed like trash”

“I was actually really disappointed. The labels arrived with portions of the text overlapping. It was not how it appeared on the screen when I ordered them. Unfortunately I am not able to use them and that’s too bad….”

“I ordered cigars with labels and I assumed that I would get the labels and cigars together due to the price. But to my suprise I only got stickers for which I paid 150 dollars. Absolutely disappointed.”

“Sign came damage with white paint marks right on it right before my shower. Had to fight for either a replacement or a full refund. He finally gave me a refund after I lot of back and forth. Total waste of time. Do not recommend this company for their poor customer service and quality in product”

“Shipping delays caused me to miss my deadline. I do not blame the company for these issues, but the customer service when calling to confirm the issue with the representative was extremely frustrating. I was told I did not pay for 2 day rush shipping which was stated on my receipt. Either way they made me feel as if I was in the wrong with no resolution. Very frustrating as the customer to feel like it’s my fault.”

“Picture not centered. Did not say “baby’s first Christmas “. Did not have the date or baby’s name. Punched a hole in the middle of the picture for the ribbon to hang. Very disappointed. Want a full refund.”

“I ordered a memorial pet ornament for a Christmas gift. I paid a lot extra to have it shipped before Christmas. When it arrived, parts of the dog's name gad been cut off, the whole thing was not properly made. I wanted a refund or replacement, but the seller never bothered to respond to any of my messages. Terrible customer service.”

“I received the ornament today. It was a thin, piece of cheap metal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this item. The picture was blurry, the font was smeared and I couldn't see the baby's name. I am requesting a refund. I would be embarrassed to give this to anyone as a gift.”
