I ordered a memorial pet ornament for a Christmas gift. I paid a lot extra to have it shipped before Christmas. When it arrived, parts of the dog's name gad been cut off, the whole thing was not properly made. I wanted a refund or replacement, but the seller never bothered to respond to any of my messages. Terrible customer service.
