“I took a lot of time to make sure my design fit into the parameters of the circle provided on their site. Nothing over the edges. When I received my 6 ornaments they are all printed with the logo off of the edges of the ornament. $91 wasted.”

“I ordered something and got the wrong size. I spoke to the person who was helping me and she kept saying it was my fault. I have proof that she messed up on her end and she still kept blaming me. Will never order from a site like this again!”

“Took Payment , Sent picture of what item WOULD look like before printing , shortly after my item was canceled saying it wasn’t able to be made due to broken machine pieces, I respond back how long before I can reorder, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT NIGHT SAYING WE EMAILED A INVOICE! This is very suspicious because why was my order canceled if you could fix the issue THAT NIGHT ! It seemed as if they wanted me to PAY from a different website and personal invoice instead of original site I ordered from. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY”

“The champagne label they sell is too small to cover a champagne bottle properly. The image shows a much larger label that effectively and cleanly covers the existing label. When I reached out to customer service to explain how disappointed I was, my concern was met with a bad attitude as apparently I should have known better, and was somehow expected to “just know” I am expected to remove the existing label before placing the new one. No where in the product description is this described. For the price I paid, I would have expected better. No matter, I’ll buy labels elsewhere from now on, from a company with better customer service.”
