The champagne label they sell is too small to cover a champagne bottle properly. The image shows a much larger label that effectively and cleanly covers the existing label. When I reached out to customer service to explain how disappointed I was, my concern was met with a bad attitude as apparently I should have known better, and was somehow expected to “just know” I am expected to remove the existing label before placing the new one. No where in the product description is this described. For the price I paid, I would have expected better. No matter, I’ll buy labels elsewhere from now on, from a company with better customer service.
