I ordered cigar labels for my sons wedding and noticed when i sent it they were the wrong color. I emailed within 5 minutes the correct color of the labels to match the wedding color and they never returned my email till hours later. Then when we were emailing back and forth you wanted an additional 25 to change the color because they were already printed. Very disappointed!!!!
