I purchased 2 ornaments. I shared the pictures and they were placed. Both pictures were dogs, and the ears were cut off the top of the picture. I also sent 2 emails regarding shipping instructions. After the second email, I got a reply that the message was received. However, The ornament was shipped to me instead of the recipient. Now, the gift I have ordered is not acceptable to give.
On a positive note, the time it took from ordering to receiving was more than fair.
