The products are very disappointing. The purchase of placemats made from synthetic plastic literally feels like cheap pieces of paper. They are razor thin and not dishwasher safe like I was originally told prior to making my purchase. They did not tell me that they were wrong about the placemats being dishwasher safe until AFTER my order was printed AND shipped. Shared my disappointment with iCustomLabel and received a fairly negative comeback. Will NEVER purchase from them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
