Ordered on Nov. 1, shipped from Clearwater, FL to Madison, AL Nov. 3; tracking history shows item to be in Madison, AL on Nov. 9… I have yet to receive GHA item purchased, Nov. 12! The tracking serves no other purpose than to create anxiety and anger. All because I refused to pay EXTRA to have the delivery in less than one week. I am wondering why it may take 3 weeks when the item shows to be in my area, 3 days ago. FRUSTRATED and expecting a refund as merchandise has not been received!
